DAY 1: Sydney - Jervis Bay (L, D) Depart from Sydney and visit a number of unique locations as we head south
- This morning you will be collected from you hotel at approximately 8:00am and we head to the south of Sydney, passing through Botany Bay, the first landing spot of Captain James Cook on Australian soil (or New South Wales as he named it).
- Pass through the Royal National Park, the world's second oldest national park, which has also recently been added to the list of National Heritage.
- Stop off at Bald Hill Lookout, with incredible 360 degree views then drive over the recently opened spectacular Sea Cliff Bridge.
Delicious wine & food appreciation lunch
- At Coolangatta Estate we stop for a delicious lunch, tasting all the regional flavours and matching them with the wine from their own vineyards.
Explore Jervis Bay
- Once we arrive at Jervis Bay and check in to the accommodation at Paperbark Camp, we have the rest of the afternoon to explore the many beaches around the area, or even participating in the many activities at Paperbark Camp, including canoeing, bike riding, bushwalking, birdwatching & spotlighting.

- For the next two nights, our accommodation is at Paperbark Camp, offering tranquillity, seclusion and relaxation in a unique and comfortable environment. Consisting of elevated, luxury safari style tents, it is the ultimate way to enjoy the natural Australian bushland environment. Wait until you experience the wonders created in the kitchen of their restaurant, Gunyah.
DAY 2: South Coast (B, L, D) After breakfast, guests can choose exactly what they want today
- Highly recommended: We can explore Morton National Park and the Southern Highlands including the famous Fitzroy Falls and stop at Braidwood for lunch.
- We can head further south for more coastal touring to Batemans Bay and Pebbly Beach, with the famous beach dwelling kangaroos.
- We can stay around Jervis Bay which offers spectacular diving, snorkelling, bushwalking in the Booderee National Park, beautiful beaches, surfing, dolphin watching, golf and tennis.
Relax in the evening
- Replete from the days activities, enjoy another relaxing evening and dinner at the Paperbark Camp.
DAY 3: Jervis Bay - Sydney (B, L) Enjoy a leisurely morning
- After breakfast this morning, we can enjoy more of the Jervis Bay area and surrounding South Coast attractions.
Head back to Sydney via the inland route
- Following lunch, we head north through the local township of Nowra, and then travel inland through Kangaroo Valley and the historic towns of Moss Vale, Bowral and back into Sydney, arriving at approximately 4:30pm.
